Lot's of stuff, spend 50 cents. Seriously though, I think the packaging in a newspaper really enhances the articles. It's a problem with the internet. It takes packaging out of your story, which is a challenge for journalists these days. Net is great for breaking news and information. But for storytelling, it leaves a lot to be desired. No photos, small headline, font doesn't translate. No packaging, just raw copy. That's a shame.
I would like to write better and write more involved stories and deal less with tracking down who the 3rd string left tackle is (Zach Hurd?).
Here is my take on Robinson's play.
Here is a notebook on the polls.
Here is our columnist Randy Smith checking in. "Those dogs aren't cool."... UConn has come a long way.
I am done with UConn football today. My mind is on the disaster that is brewing at the intersection of 161 Street and River Ave.
Update: Cincinnati game is 3:30 p.m. on ESPNU. This is getting ridiculous. Most of the state can't get the game. I don't think UConn can be happy.

I wanted A-Rod back, but after ruining the World Series last night (and make no mistake, he ruined it), I want no part of him. I love baseball, don't disrespect the sport like that. I hope baseball doesn't become the NBA, where the most interesting part of it is the off season.

John, finally agree with your comments. Arod announcement during the world series was classless. Glad to see a yankee fan agree.
