WVU--Colorado

Does that black out look awesome or not? I remember last year UConn tried a blue out and I got a couple of people emailing me that they didn't have anything blue. That's not a lie.

Be back with my thoughts. I have no idea what to think of West Virginia.

Unfortunately UConn doesn't have colors that are condusive to everyone wearing the same color. Like in Arizona everyone wears red and it looks good. Everyone in blue or white just looks weird. People not having anything blue is just funny. My closet consists of about 90% blue. It is at the point I have to stop myself from buying stuff that is blue because I need a little variety.

UConn also tried to do the Blue Out on a night when it was cold and rainy. If you didn't have a blue poncho or coat...it wouldn't work.

You have to do these things early in the season when the weather is nice.

Personally, i think the Blue Outs and such are played out. UConn needs to create traditions of their own, not just doing what others are doing.

By the way, do they still do the Husky Walk? That didn't work out so well since 30,000 people are tailgating a mile and a half from the stadium.

Husky Walk still goes on. It is so far away from the poor fans to walk to the game it is impossible to move from your tailgate.

The Husky Walk is for the season ticker holders.

The parking and tailgating is very nice and fun, but I am not sure it is conducive to socializing. It's impossible to get to the other side of the runway, and the lots aren't wide, they are long.
