One final thought...
As I write my advance story this popped in my head.
The University of Connecticut football team begins defense of its Big East title tonight...
It felt just as weird writing that as reading it, I promise you that.

It is weird John. Really weird but I am happy about it. I have been looking around espn and checking out comments about Uconn and it seems that nobody respects the team or the fans. I know we have to prove ourselves and we are still a young program but a little respect would be nice. I don't know if fans of other teams are jealous or sick of hearing from dumb uconn fans, which there are way too many of. It is kind of annoying.

This really annoyed me. Everything about it is just horrible. GPA, Occupation? Who gives a crap. Then they don't list all the division 1 teams so if someone actually took this seriously then Uconn or many other teams aren't even an option. Just stupid and never should have been put up on the site.
