Real brief before I write for our website. QB Zach Frazer is getting looked at by doctors. He wasn't available for interviews, but he did get up slow from a hit late in the game.
UConn didn't release what was getting checked out.
As far as mood of team?
Randy Edsall blamed the kicker and special teams.
"We made plays today that weren't very good,and we had a kicker who had a bad day," Edsall said.
Tony C was stand up
"It was a bad day,I take full responsibility,"Ciaravino said. "When I hit it,I thought it was good.Seeing it hit the post,it was upsetting."
D.Brown in second half rushing,13 carries for seven yards.
I asked Edsall about being conservative with the playcalling.He didn't think it was an important issue. I'll transcribe his thoughts later. I am going to write, drive home, and let the thoughts sink in.
Frazer Update: Before I head home. Frazer was a bit "fuzzy" after the game and was being reevaluated by UConn doctors. More will be known tomorrow during Randy Edsall's conference call. Frazer took a good shot and got up slow late in the game. He had a concussion earlier this year suffered during fall camp. Cody Endres is next in line.
