On to baseball:
I can't get into the Yankees this year. The team bores me to death. I don't like Girardi as manager and they look lifeless. I don't even plan on going to a game this year. I have no attachment to Yankee Stadium. T he building is ugly, and the seats stink. Can't wait until 2009. Maybe I can actually be comfortable watching a game there. I still have a kink in my neck from turning my head to watch a game.
Hank Steinbrenner says by "force" the Yankees are going to play better? What is he going to do? Give demerits of shame like in Gung Ho? Is he going to make them ride pink bicycles?
This guy is hilarious, as cartoonish as pops. At least it brings life to the team.

I disagree with your assessment of Yankee Stadium. While it is a visually unappealing stadium the fans and the atmosphere are always great. Next year you'll get your great view, $14 beer, $40 parking pass and $30 C.C. Sabathia T shirt.
I agree with your assessment of Girardi and of the Celtics though, lets hope they can close it out tonight.
